- Day 5 & 6 Outdoor Leader Skills for leaders over 21 years of age or those that may be called as Honorary Warriors later in the session. Starts at 8:30 a.m. on Day 5 with an overnight and finish Day 6 about 4:30 p.m. Training is held in the Pioneer Trails area of camp.
- Day 7 & 8 Outdoor Leader Skills for leaders 18-21 years of age. Starts at 8:30 a.m. on Day 5 with an overnight and finish Day 6 about 4:30 p.m. Training is held in the Pioneer Trails area of camp.
- Day 1 Scoutmaster and Asst. Scoutmaster Essentials training for leaders over 21 years of age; 8:30 –4:30 p.m. at the Catholic Chapel.
- Day 7 Scoutmaster and Asst. Scoutmaster Essentials training for leaders 18-21 years of age; 8:30 –4:30 p.m. at the Catholic Chapel.
- Day 6 – Climb On Safely training. Held at the Climbing Tower at 1 p.m.
It is recommended that you sign up for at least one of the training sessions. You do not have to be a Scout Masters or an Assistant Scout Master to take these classes. It is just good to have this information for a better troop. A trained leader benefits the whole troop.
Please email me at DeWitt.Scouts@gmail.com if you would like to sign up for a class. I will also be a camping this weekend and at the next Troop Meeting. Get with me and I will sign you up.
